SYSC-A series full automatic solar laminator for amorphous silicon consist of 4 stages: A, B, C D. Stage. Stage A is loading system, Stage B is the main machine, Stage C is temperature holding system, Stage D is unloading and cooling system. The parameter can be set according to different requirement of amorphous silicon solar module. The feature is that the vacuum is controllable and the temperature controlled on multi-point.
Main feature and advantage
1 Adopt Siemens S7-200/S7-1200 PLC£¬TP1500 touch screen and frequency inverter co***tible with automatization and informazation of PV enterprise.
2 Install upper chamber heating system on main machine, reduce the temperature difference on the upper surface and the lower surface at the beginning of laminating. The temperature preservation system adopt aluminium alloy heating plate, use temperature controller to regulate the temperature on heat conducting board between 40℃-100℃, and the temperature can decrease by degrees. |
